ptg sabtu- buka puasa @ chan restaurant..had wantan mee,steam taufu,soya drink. ayg had nasi goreng ayam..

mlm - siap2 masak utk sahur for us n along's family. tunggu pya tunggu smpai kul 4.30 pg baru la along n da kidz sampai dgn acu..

lepas sahur,subuh,n mandi kami gerak..baru pkul 7pg..iman ikut acik n uncle la..sampai taiping kul 9.15 pg.along n acu dh smpai umah tp kami trus ke town nk cr baju rya.pegi survey dkt kamdar..owh,taiping dh ade kamdar baru ..taiping central sblh tesco..mcm2 ade..kenny rogers,panggung wayang pun ade.

pastu,jln sana sini smpai dh penat,iman pun tak larat jln smpai uncle kna dokong,along suh cari dkt kamunting..so,we end up buying the clothes @ butik BTM.beli utk ma n mak skali..utk 2 2 abah bli kt taiping.balik umah dh dkt kul 2ptg..

smggu je lg tggl sblm raya..skrg dh jd tidak rajin nk ke dapur..huhu...tp rajin mkn..stok makanan dlm fridge pun dh makin kurang n sgaja dikurangkan sbb kn dh nk blk kampung...baju raye takde lg..kuih raye?smlm cik suami br je bw blk popiah simpul kasih yg di order dr opis..tggu la blk tepeng ri ahad ni nk buat kek...:) yea..yea..tak sabar nk blk kg...

cik ayg ajk bbuka kt OU..dgn tawar ati mnjwb mane2 jela..tp we end up kt the curve..pegi tgk kenny rogers fully booked..ayg kata pizza hut pun ok kn..alahai pizza hut kt dpn umah kite pun ade..so,cancel la..jenguk kt TGI pun penuh..last2 pegi chicken rice shop kt tesco..patutla ms jln nk ke the curve td sume org msuk tesco..ropenye byk tmpt dh full..tp usai mkn,kami jln blk ke the curve utk solat sbb cikCT lbh selesa solat surau kt ctu..then,jln2 tk ingat ari dh mlm dkt the curve,ikea,ikano n back to tesco..adele bnda yg di cari tp tk bli..cr coffee table kt ikea smpena nk raya ni..hehe...smpai kakiku cramp..:( petanda kekurangan kalsium yg amat ketara..baby pun syok smcm dlm 'playground' dia.kenyang sgt ke atau sonok bila mama brjalan2 kut..smpai umah dh siap2 mandi solat trus ketiduran..bgn plak kul 3 msk nasi.tp akhirnye bgn sahur kul 530 n kami hnya mkn roti john yg along buat...huhu...moral of the story::bila dh tjaga tu jgn cuba2 lelapkan diri ats katil smula...tido je kt bwh tu..

::he is my abah::

sabtu- buka puasa with family @ kota kemuning..best bkumpul dgn bdk2 tu n specially with ma n abah..rs mcm kenyang je tgk syameem,sabrina n iman makan..selera kuat tp bdnnye kurus jgk..so,dh 20 hari puasa but abah br 2 ari..rs sedih n sayu jgk tgk abh.nmpk sgt body yg dh kurus tu..a little bit about my abah...he suffers from nasopharyngeal cancer.diagnosed in January 2008..one of the causes are abah was a smoker and btuk tulang muka abah yg sdikit mcm cina tu kmgkinan faktor kedua..mgikut kata doktor yg diagnosed memula tula..currently, abah is undergoing an alternative treatment at a life center in PJ...previously,homeopathy at kepong n Syifa Al-Hidayah @ gombak monthly..we didn't go for radiotherapy bcoz it's his n our choice..there are many pro and cons and we choose not to do..sgt susah nk buat kptusan yg mlibatkn nyawa ni tp alhamdulillah Allah memberi jalan kpd kami utk memilih yg terbaik..nape tak buat radiotherapy??ade byk alasan tp itu hak masing2..alhamdulillah,so far he feels better..bcoz the treatment juz begin a month ago so abah can't fasting..tp abah masih bertenaga n kuat mcm biasa..treatment @ lifecentre doesn't allow him to eat anything that is not organic..hmm...so,cuma sayur2,nasi organik je yg abh bleh mkn n yg dimasak dlm periuk bkn aluminium..bleh guna periuk tanah(specially made from tanah gunung berapi),o pyrex o vision..n his diet is so tight..air pun mcm tu jgk..alkaline water..if abh terminum o termakan makanan mcm kite mkn doc @ lifecenter bleh detect thru body wave..so far,after a month treatment, his body now is radical free..alhamdulillah but the parasite is still there..

hmm..angin yg rasa2 tak sihat sudah dirasai sejak mlm td..mula2 perut yg berasa sgt2 sebu n rasa2 baby pun duk rancak berenang agknye..kdg2 xdpt nk agk..is it baby or just wind..lps hunnybunny pegi keje n kemas2kn HOMEsweetHOMEkitchen mula la bersin x berenti.o'oo...dan membuatkan mommy dh menyalin seluar tracksuit n kain yg ke bape kali dh..penuh dh laundry basket..huhuu....paham2 jela ibu ngandung ni kalo dh terbatuk n terbesin ni..mmg sgt2 penat dan xlarat dan macam2 perasaan lg..alahai..dhle esok ade blood test..hrp2 selsema ni ok mlm nt..so,rini kite coti msk la...i cant cook if sneezing all the time..dan dgn rasa yg amat memahami papa sms tak payah msk rini.kite beli je kt bazar..tq honey...

::a raya present::

a very warmest raya present from papa..it's a 2-door TOSHIBA fridge..;)..alhamdulillah..the first thing i thought when papa asked me to choose it must be spacious and have bottle rack in the freezer...why???bcoz i'm thinking that i would use it in the future to store express breastmilk (EBM) coz i'm going to work soon...that's my dream to giv breastmilk to him/her eventhough i'm working..anyway,thank u darling...

::break-fasting@crocodile river::

:)..last saturday we went to crocodileriver and break-fasting with papa's friends...mama cooked yam cake and others brought some kueh muih from bazar..owh,not some but a lot of food and it makes mama feel uncomfortable.(i cant smell a lot of foods at one time)..and plus mama was tired actually because before we went to kak alis house,papa n mama went shopping..so,while others busy-ing themselves in the kitchen,mama just sat..the main course for that day was nasi tomato...and for the first time ever in RAmadhan,mama breaking fast with nasi...a little portion only as baby in the womb really doesnt like it..hehehe...papa also ate a little..then,mama asked for an ice-cream..of course my fav is lime vanilla...nyamnyam...when we reached HOMEsweetHOME,mama suddenly felt sooooo dizzy and sneeze a few times..oh,no..i had very bad migraine n flu that night and even so exhaustd to go to bed upstairs..then,just slept downstairs in front of tv..huhu...

::i'm 14 weeks now::

as the appointment had been set up on 8 september at 2 p.m, so we go to klinik kesihatan serendah on the exact date..:) 10minutes from our HOMEsweetHOME..papa returns home early around 12noon as he has little workload only. mum needs to bring hubby's copy of i/c n any bills for address references.we reached around 1:50 pm n the clinic still closed.aiyaaa....ppl are waiting outside but mum n papa waiting inside the car.it's hot outside.1:55 the door is open n ppl rushing to get the number.mum still relax though papa forced me to walk quickly..hehe..i got the number 5089(number at that moment is 5081) at 1:58pm..mum put all the particulars in the box n waiting the nurse to call.hmmm...next time hav to bring reading material as it is so bored waiting your turn.luckily,papa is here..we just observing what actually the nurse is doing to new mum-to-be card..owh,monday is known as 'hari buka kad' for ibu hamil..there're many preggie mum there n mama looks like a person who comes from her office while others come santai2 only..(i'm wearing my baju kurung as usual)...ok,mama's turn..

nurse:kite isi sama2..(there're two cards.1 for mum,1 for their record)..huruf besar tau.
mum:ok..(confidently)
nurse:bla..bla...bla..tengok jap.nasib baik btul isi nama ibu.sblm ni dh 2 org isi nama ibu tu dia isi nama mak dia..sib baik akak tak terberanak kt sini jgk dik..hehe..kite dh ngandung kn nk jd ibu..mstila ruang nama ibu tu nama kite..
mum:hehehe...deme panik kut..
OK.DONE

so,begin our check up.
1. weight n height (46kg/158cm)
2.blood test (Hb-normal,mum is alright)
3.dental (the clinic is closed by the time we reached there,so next time babe)
4.midwife checking mum's tummy.(owh,baby show off today n nurse said,aik baru lg tp dh rasa eik)---sebenarnye perut mama takde lemak,sebab tu kut..
5.breastfeeding talk (compulsary for evry visit)
6.but,mum has to do another blood test called MGTT for diabetes next week.a regular checkup for those who has any diabetes heredity.
7.n midwife again calculate our EDD..it's 3rd March 2009..two days early from our first checkup with klinik Anizah (5th March 2009)

conclusion..i'm satisfied with the services though have to wait for a long time n hav to go here n there for different checkup.this is the first visit n we already set up our ultrasound date, MGTT test,2nd regular visit..n we dont have to pay any fee..it's free...:)
BABY IS 14WEEKS NOW...grow healthily my dear...luv u so much..

-panaskan minyak n goreng ikan bilis dulu.ketepikan.
-pastu tumis bwg putih,halia,bwg besar hgga naik bau
-masukkan cili kisar 2 s/b hgga pecah minyak.
-tuang air asam jawa
-bila nmpk kering tmbh air (cikct suka tumis cili lama2.elak sakit perut)
-masukkan gula+garam secukup raasa.(puasa takleh rasa tp agak2 jela)
-last skali, masukkan ikan bilis yg dh goreng td...

last saturday was raining all day...so,i become sooo lazy...rasa nk tido je..mmg pun pas sahur dh ttido kt bwh n cik hubby plak kata nk ot ritu.(but,i really need him at home this weekend)..bile tjaga tgk jam dkt 8.30 tp nape sonyap je org atas..ropanye,tido jgk n at last tak pegi koje pun..yeayea...cikct pun mula nk menyibukkan diri kt dapur bile tiba2 rs amat2 letih n mabuk n mcm2 lg la..owh,i need rest..smpat basuh pnggan mangkuk n sidai baju je then rehat n rehat n rehat lg sampai kul 4 br rs refresh...smbil rehat tu tgk2 movie(xtau nape suke sgt tgk RATATOUILLE) eventhough dh bpuluh kali ulang tgk tp sejak adik kecik dlm perut ni ade mmg lg la nk tgk aje cite tikus msk tu.then,mula la aktiviti di dapur msk nasi lemak n sambal tumis ikan bilis...rini besday SABRINA AZ-ZAHRA.my eldest niece..

ari ni dh ari ke-6 puasa.alhamdulillah setakat ni cik ct bleh puasa walaupun badan lembik benor rasanye..adik kecik yg 4 bln dlm perut ni tak suka mkn nasi so mama takleh watpe.berbuka puasa dgn kuih2 muih,roti tp kenala mkn nasi skit ms sahur..hari pertama sahur dgn family di kota kemuning dia dh meragam.at last mkn bubur je.cik papa kt ats kompius jap bila dgr org uwek2 pg2.mama ke along?heehehe...as ade dua org mak buyong..ropenye saye la orgnye..along ok je mybe sbb yg ke-4 bg dia walaupun dia x tahan tgk2 lauk pauk yg mentah2..macam2..

panaskan minyak dlm periuk.tumis bahan2 yg dihiris serta ikan bilis hingga naik bau.bancuh rempah kari dgn air semangkuk.tuang dlm tumisan td. biarkan kering sedikit n kacau jgn sampai hangit.masukkan santan pekat.kacau kemudian masukkan santan cair..(kepekatan ikut citarasa anda)kalau tak nak pekat tambah je air...akhir sekali masukkan garam secukup rasa...

Ramadhan pertama

ini adalah ramadhan pertama saya dgn encik hubby & baby dlm peyut yg dh masuk 4bln..:) kami sambut ramadhan pertama di kota kemuning shah alam dn mama,abah,n family along...ari ahad tu saya sgt2 tringin makan aiskrim lime vanilla n dpt jgk mkn.(beli dkt 7E kota kemuning n mkn tepi tasik)huhuhu....i was ok at that time but suddenly i felt dizzy n headache...cik margarine(read:migrain) dh dtg ni...dhle mlm tu first terawih..at last,iman je temankan acik kat umah whilst others went to terawih..iman pun naik boring tgk acik baring je smpai dia mkn bubur sndiri siap tmbh2 lg.bile deme blk ameem plak urut aciknye n mlm sblm tido encik hubby plak urut walaupun dia sbnrnye amtlah letih lg mengerjakan halaman rumah n backyard kami..ms bgn sahur saya tlg2 along masak kari ayam sbb dia pun mabuk2 jgk tp yg tak thn saya yg muntah2 truk..adoi la baby....xmo mkn nasi tp nk mkn bubur je.tu pun susah nk abihkan.
