We went to Selangor Specialist Hospital this morning.Papa had an appointment to get his result on health screening.Generally, it's a medical check up.Alhamdulillah, the result is good..except for cholestrol level..hmm, i have to do something on our menu..but,it's hard to say gudbye to all those yummylicious food..yang sihat tu selalunya tak sedap kan...no, not everything is not delicious but not acceptable by this Malay taste.
